The problem
ChatGPT gives good answers only to good prompts, and most business owners don't know how to write them. Kinetic Consulting wanted to turn its consulting know-how into a product: the owner answers three questions and gets advice that reads like it came from a consultant.
What we built
- A three-question flow instead of a chat box, across 55+ business categories such as HR, finance and IT
- A NestJS back end that turns the answers into the right consulting template before calling OpenAI
- Model routing by category, so simple tasks run on a cheaper, faster model and complex ones on a stronger one
- Google sign-in and three Stripe plans based on usage and model access
- An admin panel where the team edits templates, categories and model settings without a new release
