The problem
Teachers wanted the speed of AI for planning, reports and admin. School leaders and data protection officers wanted a guarantee that student names, ID numbers and addresses would never be sent to an AI provider. Most AI tools on the market couldn't give them that.
Student data never reaches the model
Names, ID numbers, classes and addresses are swapped for tokens before a request leaves the school's environment, then restored in the answer.
What we built
- A privacy tokenization layer that swaps names, ID numbers, addresses and postcodes for session-scoped tokens before a request reaches the model, then restores them in the answer
- Multi-model routing across Claude, GPT-4o and Gemini, so each task goes to the model that handles it best
- Roster sync with school management systems, plus Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams sign-in
- Stripe subscriptions with seat limits per plan and dashboards for school leadership
- Voice output for accessibility
Drafting in the school's own voice
Policies, parent letters and staff briefings that reference the school's own Code of Behaviour and the Department's guidelines.
Connected to school systems
Rosters, attendance and timetables sync from the school's MIS, so every answer is grounded in real context.
The result
Built from scratch in 2024 and extended through four phases since. The platform is used by hundreds of schools across Ireland and the UK, and we still develop it today.
Professional learning with certificates
Framework-aligned assistants guide teachers through CPD topics and issue certificates with logged hours.
One platform for every role
Teachers, admins and SEN coordinators, and school leaders each get tools built for their work.
